Working every prep station and line he could get his hands on he has always been a truly dedicated chef. He is always one to jump on the line to save the ship and will never ask more of anyone else then he is willing to do himself. From seafood to traditional BBQ to Five Star Resort cuisines his range of skills makes him desirably flexible when creating new menus. After spending the last 5 years at the Forbes Five Star Sea Island Resort off the coast of the South Eastern United States he has moved his family to France in pursuit of broadening his culinary career.
